I'm not surprise that if someone tell me that I'm not good to ones boyfriend. Cause deep inside me I am fully aware and realize that Ive done so much bad things that disqualified me from being a good guy. I dunno how to treat people properly and much more, please them.
Politely, I am a very normal human, God servant that trying to be humble in our society. I am willing to love and beloved to anybody. As long she could helps me in every way she could. Past is past and I am here living for today and my future.
No surprises if I will be happy with less friends but my true friends. I can be myself once again and talk my thoughts, enjoys every single moments and be lively. Hahaha..

Breathe! Gasp the air
Do you know?
Breakfast is very important for our body only IF you are thinking bout losing your weight. It is way more important than what I write in this post. It is not simple as you can think for example, if you are not getting your breakfast, you will probably lose your concentration in the morning to do your job, study in my case. So, get some fiber in your morning meal, oats I'd say.
I'm posting this as I'm on my way to lose some fat and gain muscles especially on my abs. My belly has put some weight and it is not a good appearance in front of my friends. Hehehe.. Not that I lose my confidence but body with attractive abs increase my level of confident. And it makes me have something to do in my 4 weeks holidays apart from playing games, bowling, anime, movies, eating, shishas, etc. Erk...
Here I have some tips on how to build abs: (It is not as easy as it looks though, believe me I've tried)
1. Do squats.
It is one of the basic way to build your muscles.
2. Do crunches.
Use only your abs to do this. Lie down on the floor, put your hand straight above your stomach, bend your knee and your shoulder. Repeat several times.
3. Do sit ups.
Everyone know this but dont put your hand to support your head. It will have side effects to your back experts say. Put your hands cross your chest or finger behind your ears.
4. Do leg lifts.
Put your hand straight on the floor, 90 degrees leg straight, push up and repeat. Dont let your legs touch the ground. I've done this several time, after no. 3, it will become much harder.
5. Repeat for 3 sets.
I guess you will feel that your abs is doing some exercise after the repitition. Each exercise I usually repeat x15. Be careful not to force your body too much.
I'm writing this to gives some info and remind myself to exercise this holidays. Maybe I cant gain much in this period but my ultimate goal is fitness. No matter how 'big' you are, fitness comes first.
Fitness = Healthy life = Happiness. =)))
